Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Step 2:
Add salt to the chopped tomatoes and stir.
Step 3:
Leave for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic and put it through a meat grinder.
Step 5:
Peel the horseradish root and put it through a meat grinder.
Step 6:
Mix all the chopped ingredients, fill the jars with sauce to the very top and close the lid tightly.
Cooking tips
The amount of garlic and horseradish in the recipe can be adjusted to taste.
Before filling the jars, they and their lids must be sterilized in the oven or with hot steam.
The sauce should be stored in the refrigerator.
