This classic chicken liver salad is very easy to make, filling, healthy, and delicious. Chicken liver supports healthy blood, cardiovascular health, immunity, and even protects vision. This liver salad is a great appetizer for both family and holiday meals.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Wash and dice the chicken liver, place in a bowl, pour in soy sauce and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Boil, cool and peel the eggs.
Step 3:
Dice the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the liver in soy sauce and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5:
Two minutes before it's ready, add crushed garlic and stir.
Step 6:
Remove the finished liver from the stove and cool.
Step 7:
Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Remove the fried onions from the pan, add oil and fry the carrots.
Step 9:
Dice fresh cucumber and boiled eggs.
Step 10:
Place the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 11:
Pour 50 ml of milk and 100 ml of vegetable oil into a jar and beat with a blender until thickened for 15-20 seconds.
Step 12:
Add salt, dry garlic, lemon juice, French mustard and blend again.

Season the salad with the resulting mayonnaise, add green peas, reserving some for garnish, and mix.
Step 14:
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Step 15:
Place the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with green peas and herbs.
Cooking tips
Do not overcook the ingredients, especially the onions, otherwise the taste will be harsh.
If you don’t have time to make homemade mayonnaise, use your favorite store-bought mayonnaise.
