Onions

Step-by-step recipe:
Step 1:
Finely chop the onion and dice the ham. Place in a bowl – this will be the base of the pie filling.
Step 2:
Grate the cheese and add it to the ham and onion. Add sour cream, finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Cut each flatbread into four triangles. Place a small amount of filling on the edge of each triangle and carefully roll them up to form a patty.
Step 4:
Dip each pie in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. This will give the finished pastry a crispy crust.
Step 5:
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place the pies in a single layer, not pressing them together.
Step 6:
Place the basket in the air fryer, set the temperature to 180°C and the time to 12 minutes. Start cooking.
Step 7:
When the time is up, remove the pies from the airfryer, let them cool slightly and serve hot.
Cooking tips:
Use fresh tortillas - they hold their shape better when baked.
Don't overdo it with the filling - the pies may open up.
For a crispy bottom, you can pre-dry the flatbreads in an air fryer without filling for 1–2 minutes.
