Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 2:
Cut the butter and salt into cubes and rub together with your hands.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 egg yolks and 40 g of sugar, pour into the flour and butter and stir with a spatula.

Rub the dough with your hands to form crumbs.

Cut the apples into medium-sized pieces, place them in a large bowl, sprinkle with 40 grams of sugar and lemon juice. Stir.

Place the apples in the pan and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes.

Pour egg whites into a clean bowl, add vanilla sugar and 40 g of granulated sugar.

Beat the egg white mixture with a mixer until it does not spill out of the bowl.

Add natural yogurt or sour cream and cornstarch, mix with a mixer and a spatula.
