Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break 3 eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 2:
Add salt, sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Add sour cream and mix with a spatula.

Sift flour and vanilla sugar into a bowl. Mix gently.
Step 5:
Cut the apple into slices.
Step 6:
Grease the pan with softened butter and line the bottom with apple slices.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon.
Step 8:
Pour the batter over the apples and smooth it out.
Step 9:
Slice the remaining apples and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 10:
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
