Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:
Add vegetable oil, flour and baking powder, mix with a spatula.
Step 3:
Cut the apple into small cubes and mix into the dough.
Step 4:
Grease the air fryer container with vegetable oil and pour in the dough.
Step 5:
Cut the second apple into slices and place them on top, pushing them into the dough.
Step 6:
Place the container on the lower rack of the air fryer and cook in the Multicook mode at 160 degrees for 28 minutes.
Step 7:
Remove the finished pie by running a spatula along the edge.
Cooking tips
If your apples are very juicy, you can increase the cooking time.
You can check the readiness of the charlotte with a toothpick – it should remain clean and dry.
