To quickly prepare a charlotte that will captivate you with its taste, you need to follow a few steps.
Step 1:
Core the apples and cut them into small cubes. Add ground cinnamon and stir to infuse the baked goods with flavor.
Step 2:
For the dough, beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and sugar substitute. Beat for a few more minutes until completely dissolved.
Step 3:
Once the mixture becomes lighter, gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.
Step 4:
Place baking paper on the bottom of the pan. Grease all interior surfaces with butter to ensure easy release of the finished charlotte.
