Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place eggs in a mixer bowl and beat until smooth.
Step 2:
Add a cup of sugar and beat on high speed for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Gradually, stirring with a spatula, add the sifted flour.
Step 4:
Peel and dice the apples. Add the apples and mix them into the dough.
Step 5:
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and place the biscuit dough in it.
Step 6:
Cook for 50 minutes in Bake mode.
Step 7:
Take out the finished charlotte and sprinkle with powdered sugar through a sieve.
Cooking tips
Sifted flour will make the dough more airy and there will be no lumps in it.
For the charlotte, choose firm, sweet and sour or sour apples that hold their shape well.
