Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Remove leaves and stems from the gooseberries, rinse and dry.
Step 2:
Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar and beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3:
Sift flour into beaten eggs and stir with a spatula using bottom-up movements.
Step 4:
Lightly coat the gooseberries in flour.
Step 5:
Place the dough in a greased multicooker bowl and add the gooseberries.
Step 6:
Cook on Bake mode for one hour.
Cooking tips
The gooseberries should be rolled in flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the bowl.
Charlotte with gooseberries can also be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
