Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place boneless chicken thighs in a deep bowl.
Step 2:
Pour in the soy sauce, add mayonnaise, tomato paste, spices, chopped dill, grainy mustard, mix well, place in a container with a lid and put in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Step 3:
Place the meat on mini skewers and place on the air fryer grill.
Step 4:
Set the temperature to 180 degrees and the time to 18 minutes.
Cooking tips
The longer the meat is marinated, the better, up to a day.
You can turn the kebabs over halfway through cooking.
