Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into rings and add to the meat.
Step 3:
Add salt, pepper, other seasonings, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and stir.
Step 4:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for one and a half to two hours.
Step 5:
Soak wooden skewers in water.
Step 6:
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Step 7:
Grease the pan well with vegetable oil, put in the potatoes and add salt.
Step 8:
Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with onions, and place the kebabs on top of the potatoes.
Step 9:
Pour some water into the pan and cover with foil.
Step 10:
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. After a while, remove the foil to allow the meat to brown.
Cooking tips
Wooden skewers should be soaked in water to prevent them from burning in the oven.
You can bake any vegetables along with potatoes and meat: zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, and mushrooms.
