##Step-by-step recipe:
Step 1: 
Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into portions.
Step 2: 
Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, honey, sweet paprika, black pepper and herbs.
Step 3: 
Place on a baking sheet: Place the salmon pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: 
Pour the marinade over the salmon: Pour the prepared marinade over the salmon.
Step 5: 
Bake: Place the baking tray in the oven and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
Step 6: 
Prepare the side dish: Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Fry the vegetables in a pan until tender.
Step 7: 
Serve: Serve the salmon with the roasted vegetables and a lemon wedge.
Cooking tips
For more tender salmon, use a quality boneless fillet.
Don't overdo it with soy sauce in the marinade, otherwise the salmon will be too salty.
Use sharp knives to cut salmon and vegetables to ensure neat pieces.
Experiment with vegetables: add potatoes, carrots, or other types of vegetables for a variety of flavors.
For a better taste, you can add a little lemon juice to the marinade.
Do not open the oven during the first few minutes of baking to ensure the salmon cooks thoroughly.
