Chicken eggs in various forms are an important part of Chinese cuisine, and fried cabbage with egg is perhaps the least exotic of Asian dishes. Eggs are also added to stewed and fried cabbage in our country, especially when used as a filling for pies, but in this dish, we're not talking about the usual pieces of boiled egg; the egg and cabbage are combined more organically, creating a unified flavor, and the Eastern sauces enhance this taste even more exquisitely.
