Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Turkish Kapuska - Step 1 Pour oil into a frying pan. Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Step 2:

Turkish Kapuska - Step 2 Place the ground beef in the pan with the onions. Fry for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.

Step 3:

Turkish Kapuska - Step 3 Crush the garlic. Add the crushed garlic, tomato paste, sweet paprika, black pepper, dried mint, chili flakes, and salt to the minced meat and mix well.

Cooking tips

Before slicing tomatoes, place them in hot water for a minute and remove the skins, otherwise they will get in the way while eating.
