Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour oil into a frying pan. Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2:
Place the ground beef in the pan with the onions. Fry for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3:
Crush the garlic. Add the crushed garlic, tomato paste, sweet paprika, black pepper, dried mint, chili flakes, and salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Step 4:
Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Finely chop the tomatoes and add to the minced meat. Stir. Cook for another 1 minute over medium heat.
Step 5:
Roughly chop the cabbage and place it in the frying pan with the minced meat.
Step 6:
Without stirring, add water and bring to a boil.
Step 7:
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
Cooking tips
Before slicing tomatoes, place them in hot water for a minute and remove the skins, otherwise they will get in the way while eating.
Serve the dish with sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.
