Jamaican Fried Cabbage
Origin of the recipe
Caribbean cuisine is a fusion of diverse influences—African, several European, and Indian. Jamaican cuisine has received a unique twist from Rastafarians, who adhere to a vegetarian diet. This explains why spicy vegetable dishes are common in Jamaica.
