Those who don't eat flour struggle to find something to buy or bake for tea, sometimes even giving up tea altogether. We offer a very easy-to-make pie with fragrant cherries, made with eggs and oatmeal.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat with a mixer until white and foamy.
Step 2:
Add milk and whisk well.
Step 3:
Grind the oatmeal in a blender.
Step 4:
Pour the crushed oats into the egg-milk mixture, add sweetener to taste, baking powder or baking soda, and vanilla extract if desired. Stir.
Step 5:
Pour the batter into a baking dish and evenly distribute the defrosted cherries.
Step 6:
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7:
Let the pie cool, decorate with sweetener or powdered sugar, cut into portions, place on a platter and serve.
Cooking tips
Do not beat the eggs too vigorously so that they do not thicken.
The batter should be runny, like for pancakes.
You can use either frozen or fresh pitted cherries.
