Step 1:
Peel three apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Place apple pieces in a bowl, add cinnamon and stir.

In another bowl, combine dry milk, cornstarch and baking powder.

In another container, mix the cottage cheese with a sweetener of your choice.
Step 5:
Separate three egg yolks and mix with cottage cheese using a blender until smooth.
