Cooking tips
It is better to cut large onions lengthwise before chopping them finely – this will make chopping them faster.
You can put any other filling in the middle of the rice roll - for example, tuna.
When pouring egg over bacon, first pour it around the bacon strips and then cover the bacon with it.
Place the rice roll on top of the omelette, crossing the bacon strips.
If the bacon is peeling, brush it with egg.
