Teokgalbi Cutlets
Origin of the recipe
Korean flatbreads called teokgalbi are both a delicious homemade treat and a very popular street food. As a street food, they can be found in hamburgers. As is often the case in Asian cuisine, a sweet honey glaze is added at the final stage of cooking. Teokgalbi is most often made with pork, but mixed versions are also possible.
