Chicken with honey and garlic
Origin of the recipe
The combination of sweet and spicy is a characteristic feature of South Asian cuisine, including Korean. The chicken dish we suggest you prepare also includes a typical Korean addition: tteok. Tteok, sometimes called "rice cakes," typically has a neutral flavor. The combination of chicken, tteok, spices, and honey is exotic, filling, and very pleasant.

Cooking tips
Flour improves the flavor of chicken and makes it crispy.
Tteok is a simple, neutral-flavored rice flour confection eaten with a variety of sauces or added to various dishes. There are very simple tteok recipes on this website.
If you don't have time to cook tteok, you can substitute an extra portion of chicken breast or add sweet potato, potato, or pumpkin to the pan, microwaved for 4 minutes.
