Crispy chicken in dry noodles
Origin of the recipe
This dish has its roots in Asian cuisine, where recipes featuring noodles and a crispy crust are common. It's prepared using a variety of noodles and sauces. Chicken is typically crispy on its own when deep-fried, but coating it with a crispy coating doubles the effect. Try this unusual recipe for savory crispy chicken coated in dry, broken-up instant noodles.

Cooking tips
Continue stirring while preparing the sauce to prevent the seasonings from burning.
You can add corn syrup instead of honey, but honey is sweeter, so you should add a little more syrup.
Chicken without sauce turns out crispier, but with sauce it is more flavorful, so it is best to cook both types at once.
