Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and melt the butter.
Step 4:
Finely chop 2 onions and add to the pan.
Step 5:
Add 50 ml of water and half a teaspoon of garlic powder and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the pan and fry.
Step 7:
Add vegetable oil to the frying pan, put the chicken in, add butter and fry the meat.

Return the mushrooms to the pan and fry them together with the chicken.

Add cooking cream and stir.

Add salt and pepper, stir and simmer for another minute.

Add dried parsley and simmer for a while longer, stirring.
