Origin of the recipe
Eggnog is a popular cocktail made of eggs and milk or cream, similar to eggnog, in Europe and America. It's typically prepared for Christmas. Adding this cocktail—alcoholic or not—to strong coffee creates a smooth, nourishing, and invigorating latte.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the yolk and whisk until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.

Turn off the heat, pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture and whisk well.

When the coffee is ready, turn off the heat under the ladle.
Step 12:
Pour coffee into a glass, add eggnog, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Cooking tips
Do not boil the milk, otherwise the taste of the spices will be spoiled.
Add sugar and egg white mixture to the yolk gradually.
You can prepare coffee in any way you are used to.
If you're looking for an alcoholic cocktail, you can add your favorite spirit to the egg-milk mixture, mixing it into a classic eggnog, and then pour it into the coffee.
