New Year's salad without mayonnaise

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut a long cucumber into three parts, cut it into sticks, put it in a bowl, add salt, grate and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Step 3:
Add cucumbers to the salad bowl, add sugar, ground coriander, paprika and toasted sesame seeds.
Step 4:
Crush 5 cloves of garlic into a bowl, add the pepper mixture.
Step 5:
Cut the red salad onion into half rings and add to the bowl.
Step 6:
Pour in olive oil.
Step 7:
Cut the meat into oblong pieces.
Step 8:
Fry the meat in a frying pan.
Step 9:
Cut the onion into half rings and add to the pan.
Step 10:
Pour in soy sauce and stir.
Step 11:
Cut the bell pepper into strips, add to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 12:
Add the meat and vegetables to the bowl.
Step 13:
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a bowl, stir and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Cooking tips
Remember to stir the sesame seeds to prevent them from burning.
For the salad, choose a lean cut of beef fillet.
