Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the chicken lengthwise into slices, then into strips, and then into small cubes.
Step 2:
Place the chopped chicken in a bowl.
Step 3:
Cut off the back of the zucchini and peel the onion.
Step 4:
Grate the zucchini and onion on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Press the onion and zucchini with your hands and gradually transfer them to the bowl with the chicken.

Chop the dill and add it to the bowl.

Break the eggs into a bowl.

Cooking tips
You don't have to squeeze the zucchini before mixing it with the chicken, but you'll need a little more flour. The juice contains vitamins, so it'll be a little healthier.
You can also add any greens, such as green onions, to the pancake mixture. Of course, keep in mind that too much greens will alter the overall flavor of the dish, so don't overdo it.
