Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Step 2:
Lightly beat the eggs using chopsticks, a whisk or a fork.
Step 3:
Add salt to the eggs and mix.
Step 4:
Finely chop the carrots, onions, green onions and crab sticks and add to the eggs.
Step 5:
Stir the contents of the bowl.
Step 6:
Add flour to the bowl and mix until you get a smooth dough.
Step 7:
Lightly grease the wok with vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Spoon the batter into the wok to form pancakes.
Step 9:
Press the dough after laying it out and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Cooking tips
The recipe calls for sesame oil, which has a distinctive flavor and is healthy.
Don't make the pancakes too thick and don't fry them on high heat, otherwise they won't cook through and will have too tough a crust.
