Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the zucchini into a bowl using a coarse grater.
Step 2:
Crack the eggs into a clean bowl, add salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 3:
Add eggs to zucchini and stir.
Step 4:
Using a coarse grater, grate the cheese into the same bowl, add flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
Step 6:
Place sour cream in a bowl and squeeze garlic into it.
Step 7:
Finely chop the parsley, add to the sauce and stir.
Cooking tips
Any hard cheese will do for pancakes.
It is convenient to form pancakes in a frying pan using two spoons.
