Fish pancakes with sour cream sauce

Fish can be prepared in dozens of different ways, but you've probably never tried fish pancakes. Even a novice cook can make them; they're incredibly tender and simply melt in your mouth, especially when dipped in sour cream sauce.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the fish fillet into fairly small pieces and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Boil two eggs hard.
Step 3:
Chop the dill very finely.
Step 4:
Peel and cut the boiled eggs into small cubes and add to the fish.
Step 5:
Beat a raw egg into the bowl with the fish, add salt, pepper and mix.
Step 6:
Add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, chopped dill and mix thoroughly.
Step 7:
Add 4 tablespoons of flour and stir.
Step 8:
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Step 9:
Place the prepared mixture in portions onto a frying pan, as for potato pancakes, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 10:
Let's prepare the sauce. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan.
Step 11:
Add a tablespoon of flour and fry, stirring constantly, for one minute.
Step 12:
Pour in a glass of sour cream, stirring constantly, bring to a thickening and turn off the heat.
Step 13:
Add salt, pepper and stir the sauce.
Step 14:
Serve the fish pancakes on a large platter with a bowl of sauce in the center.
Cooking tips
Chop the ingredients finely enough so that the pancakes don't fall apart.
When slicing, frozen fish fillets do not need to be defrosted if they are thin.
