Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Defrost the diced zucchini using any convenient method and squeeze out the moisture.
Step 2:
Grate the carrots, cut the onion into pieces.

Place the vegetables in a blender, chop and transfer to a deep bowl.
Step 4:
Beat the egg, add salt, soda, flour, spices, crush the garlic and mix well.
