Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, sugar, and salt to a blender. Blend until relatively smooth.
Step 2:
Place the saucepan over high heat and add olive oil for frying. Pour the resulting mixture into the saucepan.
Step 3:
Stir the sauce constantly until it begins to boil. Remove the sauce from the heat.
Step 4:
Place another container on the stove and pour in 2 liters of water. Salt the water and add a little olive oil.
Step 5:
Add the pasta to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from the water.
Step 6:
Grate the mozzarella and set it aside.
Step 7:
Place a frying pan over high heat, pour in olive oil, add finely chopped onion and a crushed head of garlic. Stir.

Lightly fry the onion in oil (do not let it brown), add the ground beef, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

Simmer until all the liquid from the minced meat has evaporated.

Add the sauce, oregano, and pepper to the browned minced meat and continue cooking until the sauce begins to be absorbed into the meat.

Add the cooked pasta to the minced meat and sprinkle with a little mozzarella. Stir and top with the remaining mozzarella.
