Cooking tips
For a fluffier dough, use warm water (35-40°C) – this will activate the yeast.
To make the minced meat juicy, add a little water or broth to it while frying.
For aroma and flavor, use fresh Italian herbs instead of dried.
Don't overload the pizza with toppings to avoid it becoming soggy in the center.
Before baking, brush the edges of the dough with olive oil for a golden crust.
Use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor and aroma.
After baking, let the pizza cool for 2-3 minutes to prevent it from falling apart when serving.
