Cooking tips
Before rolling out the dough, lightly flour the surface to prevent it from sticking to your hands and the work surface.
Don't overdo it with the sauce—too much tomato paste will make the dough soggy and prevent it from rising properly in the oven.
Use fresh ingredients for toppings, especially tomatoes and herbs, to give your pizza a rich flavor and an attractive appearance.
For a crispy crust, brush the edges of the dough with olive oil before placing in the oven.
Remember to leave a little space around the edges of the dough to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking.
Let the pizza cool slightly after baking to allow the cheese to set and prevent it from spreading when slicing—this will make the oven-baked pizza perfect for serving.
