Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder until it becomes flour.
Step 2:
Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 3:
Add cottage cheese to the eggs.
Step 4:
Combine oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon, add to a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5:
Core the apples and cut them into cubes.
Step 6:
Add apples to the dough and mix.
Step 7:
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it and smooth it out.
Step 8:
Decorate the top with small apple slices.
Step 9:
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Cooking tips
Eggs should be beaten for at least 5 minutes.
It is better to use low-fat cottage cheese.
If you don't have a blender, first strain the cottage cheese through a sieve to avoid lumps in the dough.
