- Ice-cream bowls
Step 1:
Chop the walnuts.
Step 2:
Pour milk over the gelatin, stir and leave to swell.
Step 3:
Place sour cream and honey in a clean bowl. Mix.
Step 4:
Add walnuts. Stir.
Step 5:
Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 6:
Add the gelatin and milk mixture to the rest of the mixture and stir.
Step 7:
Pour the dessert into two bowls and garnish with walnuts.
Step 8:
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cooking tips
If you are allergic to honey or simply don't like it, you can replace it with ripe bananas or just sugar or a sweetener.
Instead of bowls, you can use wide glasses.
