Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Take 9 Oreo cookies apart, remove the filling, place the layers in a plastic bag and crush them into a powder with a rolling pin.
Step 2:
Melt the butter, pour it into the bowl with crushed cookies and stir.
Step 3:
Place the mixture into a square frame and smooth it out with a spatula.
Step 4:
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Step 5:
Place cream cheese in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour in honey and whisk until smooth.
Step 6:
Squeeze out the soaked gelatin, place it in a bowl with warm milk, melt completely and stir.
Step 7:
Pour the milk and gelatin mixture into the creamy mixture and stir well.
Step 8:
Whip the cream with a mixer, add to the mixture and mix.
Step 9:
Melt dark chocolate in hot water.
Step 10:
Pour a third of the finished mousse into a clean bowl, add the melted chocolate and stir.
Step 11:
Return the mixture to the remaining mousse and stir lightly with a spatula 2-3 times to create streaks.
Step 12:
Pour the mousse onto the framed cookies and use a skewer to create pretty patterns.
Step 13:
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours, remove, cut into portions and serve.
Cooking tips
Before melting the gelatin, heat the milk in the microwave for 20 seconds.
The amount of sugar can be increased if desired.
To easily remove the cake from the pan, wrap it in a towel soaked in hot water.
The cake tastes best served straight from the refrigerator.
