Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 3:
Place fish, onion and garlic in a blender.
Step 4:
Add starch, flour, salt, sugar, egg white and black pepper to a blender.
Step 5:
Grind the contents of the blender.
Step 6:
Add vegetable oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 7:
Place paper on a baking sheet and grease it with a thin layer of oil.
Step 8:
Spread the prepared dough on the baking sheet.
Step 9:
Place a bowl of water and a baking sheet with dough in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 10:
Cut the resulting layer into strips, fold them like an accordion and stick them onto skewers.
Cooking tips
You can use a frying pan instead of an oven for cooking. Simple frying will also suffice.
When applying the dough to the baking sheet, wet the spatula with water so that it does not stick to the dough.
Store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
