Squid tentacles with pepper and salt
Origin of the recipe
Seafood is a staple of East Asian cuisine. We're mostly familiar with marinated shellfish and their tentacles in Korean-style appetizers, but Chinese cuisine also pays tribute to them, albeit with different preparation methods. Try making a spicy appetizer of fried squid tentacles with vegetables.

Cooking tips
You can clean the tentacles by simply peeling off the skin; this isn't difficult after scalding them with boiling water. The key is patience and not too much force.
You can fry squid either in a large amount of oil so that they float in it, or simply in a frying pan with a layer of oil about 1 cm thick.
When frying the squid with spices, be careful not to overcook them, otherwise they will become rubbery. The key is to heat the spices and coat the tentacles with them.
