Charlotte with nectarines

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break eggs into a deep bowl and mix with a mixer.
Step 2:
Grate lemon zest into the eggs, add sugar, vanilla and mix.
Step 3:
Add cream cheese and mix with a mixer.
Step 4:
While continuing to stir, add melted butter.
Step 5:
Gradually add flour and baking powder while stirring.
Step 6:
Add almond flour and stir.
Step 7:
Cut one and a half nectarines into small pieces and mix into the dough.
Step 8:
Line the bottom of the pan with paper, grease the pan with butter, put the dough in and smooth it out.
Step 9:
Cut the remaining nectarines into wedges.
Step 10:
Place nectarine slices on the dough in a flower petal-shaped mold. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Step 11:
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Step 12:
Sprinkle the finished charlotte with powdered sugar.
Cooking tips
If you don’t have almond flour, you don’t have to add it, it’s not critical.
It is better to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
