Charlotte in a bread machine

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the apples into small pieces.
Step 2:
Turn the bread maker on to the Sweet baking mode.
Step 3:
Pour the eggs into the bread maker bowl.
Step 4:
Add sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil.
Step 5:
Mix flour with vanilla and baking powder and gradually add to the bread machine.
Step 6:
Once the dough is mixed, add the apples and fold them into the dough with a spatula.
Step 7:
Close the bread machine lid and cook for 1 hour 40 minutes.
Step 8:
Mix sour cream with powdered sugar in a bowl, soak the charlotte while it is hot and leave to cool.
Step 9:
Carefully remove the cooled charlotte from the bread machine bowl.
Cooking tips
Sprinkle pre-cut apples with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
If your bread maker does not have a Sweet Baking mode, set it to the Bake mode.
For the soaking, mix 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream and about 3 teaspoons of powdered sugar (to taste).
