Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
Step 2:
Crush and finely chop the garlic, cut the onion into half rings.
Step 3:
Pour milk into a saucepan, heat it up, add cod cut into pieces and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Grease a baking tray with oil and place the cod on it.
Step 5:
Place the potatoes in a saucepan with milk, cook for 8 minutes, then place them on a baking sheet with the cod.
Step 6:
Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
Step 7:
Finely chop the bell pepper, add to the onion, pour in the wine and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 8:
Place the vegetables from the pan with the cod and potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooking tips
You can take either whole cod or fillet.
If you don't want to add wine, the taste will be good without it.
