Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the processed cheese, hard cheese and boiled egg on a fine grater.
Step 2:
Add crushed garlic and mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 3:
Form the resulting mixture into “tangerines” and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Boil the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Cover the blanks evenly with carrots.
Step 6:
Decorate the tangerines with parsley leaves.
Cooking tips
Copy the shape of real tangerines, making the balls slightly flattened and with a small indentation at the top.
Try to make the carrot skin as smooth as possible.
