Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Break 4 eggs into a clean bowl, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and mix with a fork.
Step 3:
Pour the mixture over the chicken fillet, add 100 g of grated cheese and stir.
Step 4:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, place the chicken on it and smooth it out.
Step 5:
Cut the onion into rings and spread them over the surface of the meat.
Step 6:
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the onions.
Step 7:
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the casserole with 100 grams of cheese and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Cut the casserole into pieces and serve.
Cooking tips
For the casserole, a 32 x 20 cm pan is best.
You can use any cheese – parmesan or mozzarella.
