Rocky Road Chocolate Dessert
Origin of the recipe
The name of this dessert perfectly describes its appearance – it truly resembles a road strewn with colorful stones in some wilderness. In America and Australia, countries where the first settlers traveled along just such roads, there are several variations of Rocky Road, but the basic ingredients are the same: marshmallows, fruit jelly, coconut, and chocolate-covered peanuts.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut most of the marshmallows and raspberry marmalade into halves.
Step 2:
Lightly crush the peanuts.
Step 3:
Place the dark and milk chocolate chips in a bowl, add the coconut oil and melt in the microwave.
Step 4:
Add chopped and whole marshmallows, jelly beans and peanuts to the chocolate.
Step 5:
Add coconut flakes and stir.
Step 6:
Place the mixture into a parchment-lined form and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 7:
Remove the paper and cut the chocolate into pieces.
Cooking tips
The peanuts do not need to be chopped too finely, just enough to split them into halves.
Instead of a mixture of dark and milk chocolate, you can use chocolate with 70 percent cocoa.
