Chocolate and curd dessert

It's often too much trouble to mess around with the oven, and baking isn't always healthy. We suggest making a very simple, no-bake chocolate-curd dessert that's delicious, tender, and vegetarian-friendly.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place cottage cheese or cream cheese in a bowl, add coconut oil, 40 grams of honey, 20 grams of cocoa, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix with a spatula.
Step 2:
Use a blender to remove any lumps.
Step 3:
Place the prepared mixture into a mousse mould and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Step 4:
Finely chop the peanuts.
Step 5:
Break the dark chocolate into a bowl and melt it in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Step 6:
Pour in vegetable oil and stir.
Step 7:
Add peanuts and stir.
Step 8:
Pour the chocolate-hazelnut mixture into a tall glass and completely immerse the dessert in it using a knife.
Step 9:
Refrigerate the dessert for an hour to allow the filling to defrost and the chocolate to set, then serve.
Cooking tips
If you eat butter, you can use it instead of coconut oil.
Instead of honey, you can use maple or date syrup if desired.
