Steamed zucchini pancakes

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Step 2:
Grate the zucchini into a bowl on a coarse grater, add salt, mix well with your hands, transfer to a colander and let the juice drain.
Step 3:
Grate the onion and garlic into a clean bowl using a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them coarsely into a bowl with the onion and garlic.
Step 5:
Beat in two eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Squeeze the zucchini, combine with the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 7:
Gradually, stirring, add flour until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 8:
Form the pancakes into cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs, place them in a steamer and set the timer for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
Serve with sour cream or sour cream-garlic sauce, slightly cooled.
Cooking tips
Young zucchini do not need to be peeled or seeded.
Zucchini pancakes according to this recipe can also be fried in a pan or cooked in the oven.
