Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater in a towel, add salt, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2:
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and place in a bowl.
Step 3:
Finely chop the dill and add to the carrots.
Step 4:
Crush the garlic and add to the vegetables.
Step 5:
Squeeze the zucchini in a towel and place it with the other vegetables.
Step 6:
Beat the egg, add flour, lightly salt and mix until smooth.
Step 7:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, drop the batter in with a tablespoon, form into pancakes and fry over low heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 8:
Place the finished pancakes on paper towels.
Cooking tips
It is better to take young carrots, they are more tender and sweeter.
It's easiest to form uniform pancakes using two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop. Then, flatten them with a spatula to a thickness of 1 cm.
