Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2:
Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and lightly fry the onion until soft.
Step 3:
Place 450g of ground beef in the pan, stir and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until the meat is browned.
Step 4:
Chop the bell pepper quite finely, add to the meat and mix.
Step 5:
Add salt, pepper, dried paprika, dried garlic, and dried dill. Stir.
Step 6:
Cut 3 large peeled potatoes into small pieces. Add to the meat.
Step 7:
Add salt and pepper again without stirring.
Step 8:
Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 9:
Pour in a glass of cream and stir.
Step 10:
Grate 100 g of mozzarella on a coarse grater and sprinkle the contents of the pan on top.

Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 12:
Remove the casserole from the oven, cut into portions and serve.
Cooking tips
It is better to use minced meat that is not too cheap and without additives.
It is better to use a deep frying pan with handles or a low saucepan for cooking, so that the long handle does not interfere with placing it in the oven.
Chop the vegetables finely, but not too finely, or they will turn into an unappetizing mess.
