Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Drain and transfer the contents of the can of corn into a bowl.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion and add to the corn.
Step 3:
Finely dice the red bell pepper and green onion and add to the bowl.
Step 4:
Add 50 grams of mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 5:
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
Step 6:
Melt 20 grams of butter in a frying pan over low heat.
Step 7:
Place the vegetable mixture in the pan and fry, stirring, for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the casserole with grated mozzarella and simmer, covered, until the cheese melts.
Step 9:
Place the casserole in the pan in the oven and brown using the top grill for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
Cooking tips
For this recipe, it is best to use a non-stick frying pan with a removable handle.
If you don't have an oven with a grill, you can brown the casserole by placing it on the top rack.
