Condensed milk
For decoration:

Sweet straw
-
Tangerines
-
Almonds or pine nuts
-
Red ribbon
Kitchen utensils

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the coconut flakes in a bowl and add the condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to thicken slightly.
Step 2:
Once cooled, remove the mixture and form it into small balls. These will be the snowmen's bodies and heads.
Step 3:
Roll each ball in coconut until completely coated.
Step 4:
Take 2-3 straws and cut them into small pieces: for the snowman’s eyes, nose and arms.
Step 5:
Assemble the snowman: place one ball on top of another. Use a toothpick to make indentations for the eyes, nose, and arms from straw.
Step 6:
Attach straws to form the snowman's eyes and nose. Cut a piece of red ribbon and tie it around the snowman like a scarf.
Step 7:
Complete the snowman with straw arms. Cut out round hats from tangerine peels.
Step 8:
Place a small mandarin peel cap on your head. Decorate the serving dish as desired.
Cooking tips
For best shape, use balls of the same size.
For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of vanillin or cinnamon to the mixture.
To keep the snowmen from losing their shape, don't make them too big.
You can decorate in advance, but serve immediately so that the ribbon does not get wet.
Instead of straws, you can use almonds as decoration.
For variety, make several options: with green scarves made of dill or with red caps made of sweet peppers
