Baked apples with nuts and raisins
Origin of the recipe
Baked apples are a popular, ancient treat for children and adults, both in Europe (especially Germany) and Russia. They have historically been filled with nuts, honey, and cinnamon, sometimes with jam, whipped cream, or even egg yolks beaten with sugar. We suggest you try a classic, healthy vegetarian version.
